Democratic Chairman Howard Dean in Portland Monday Night

Democratic Party Chairman and former presidential candidate Howard Dean will be speaking in Portland tonight in support of the Democratic agenda. Dean is a medical doctor and former governor of Vermont and was initially favored to win the Democratic nomination for president in the 2004 election. The event will begin with a host reception at 5:30 p.m. at the Benson Hotel, 309 S.W. Broadway St. Tickets are $50 for the general public and $25 for students with a valid ID.
